Orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment, usually same day if placed before 3pm ET. You'll get tracking the moment the label prints.
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (3–5 business days) as the default, with USPS Priority and UPS Ground available for larger or higher-value pieces.
We ship internationally to most countries via USPS First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International. Rates vary by destination and weight — we quote before charging.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by your country. We accurately declare contents and value — we don't mark parcels as "gift" or under-value them.

Every shipment includes tracking. The number is emailed the second it's generated and also available in your order confirmation. Questions about a package in transit? Reply to the shipping notification or message us directly.
If a piece arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the damage. Every shipment is insured — we work with you on a full refund, partial refund, or replacement depending on what fits. We've never not made it right.
If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days (US) or 21 days (international), reach out. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either refund or reship.
Sellers in the DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area: pickup can be arranged for larger collection buys — message to coordinate. Buyers and everywhere outside the DMV: shipping only.
