What We Collect
Only what's needed to run the shop and talk to you:
- Order info — name, shipping address, email, phone (if given) — for fulfilling orders.
- Payment info — processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
- Messages you send — contact form, want list, we-buy intake, reviews.
- Email for the VIP list — only if you opt in. One unsubscribe click removes you forever.
- Basic analytics — page views, browser type, referrer — no cross-site tracking.
What We Don't Collect
- We don't sell your email to anyone. Ever.
- We don't use invasive cross-site tracking pixels.
- We don't build shadow profiles.
How We Use It
- Ship your orders and answer your messages.
- Send you the VIP newsletter if you subscribed.
- Alert you when a piece from your want list arrives.
- Fulfill legal obligations (tax records, etc.) and catch fraud.
- Improve the shop based on what's selling and what isn't.
Who We Share It With
Only the services we need to deliver the order or run the business:
- Shopify — hosts the store and processes payments
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) — to ship your order
- Formspree — handles form submissions (contact, VIP, we-buy, etc.)
- Email providers — for order confirmations and the VIP list
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal
Each of these has their own privacy policy and handles data under their terms.
Cookies
We use standard session cookies for the Shopify cart and for basic analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your Rights
At any time you can:
- Ask us what data we have on you — we'll email it to you within 30 days.
- Ask us to delete it — we will, except for records we're legally required to keep (tax/fraud records).
- Unsubscribe from emails — one click in any email, or email us.
For California residents (CCPA), EU residents (GDPR), and anywhere else with additional privacy rights — the above applies and we'll do our best to comply with local law. Email us with requests.
Kids
Our site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from kids under 13. If you think a child gave us info, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and note the change on the site. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
